Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption of programs that enhance organizational performance.
• Collaborate with PSJH leaders to devise efficient strategies that address systemic and acute issues.
• Drive operational improvements that align with our mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Training in Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement.
• Project Management coursework or training.
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant service segment or function.
