What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Warehouse
• Drive solutions to meet the needs of the Finance department and support FP&A processing and analytics
• Lead design sessions and engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
• Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions and support project roadmap development
• Implement a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
• Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
• Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
