About the Company

As a Sales Coordinator at ECC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. You will be responsible for managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to team members and customers.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team.
• Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as contracts, proposals, and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Registering deals
• Preparing bids
• Managing change orders
• Checking in with clients
• Processing orders
• Ensuring compliance with project turn-in checklists

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
