Job Title: Receptionist (Entry-Level)

Location (city, state): Denver, CO- Fully In Office

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Industry: Real Estate

Pay: $23–$25/hour

Contract Length: Contract-to-Hire (45–60 days on contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, entry-level Receptionist to join our client's team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate interested in launching a career in real estate. The role will start as a receptionist position with clear potential for internal growth into a property administrator or manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks
  • Assist property managers with basic tasks and data entry
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front office environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong interest in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
