Shift: Mon-Fri, 40 hour weeks, start at 8am or 9am

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Registration and Support Advocate on behalf of a confidential healthcare client in Louisville. This role helps patients access prescribed medications by guiding them through enrollment and coverage processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with program enrollment and eligibility.
• Communicate approvals, denials, and next steps.
• Coordinate treatment shipments.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service; 1+ year in a call center.
• Familiarity with insurance and benefit verification.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Associate degree or healthcare-related experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient support programs.
