Company that is rapidly growing in landscaping and restoration groundskeeping is seeking a HANDS ON OPERATIONAL LEADER to bring structure and scalability to our field and office operations. With solid systems and strong crews already in place, this role will drive process improvement, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Located in Kenner LA and servicing the surrounding areas of New Orleans.

1. Lead daily field and office operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient job completion.
2. Manage and coach teams , holding crew leads and office staff accountable.
3. Develop and improve processes for scheduling, billing, collections, and quality control.
4. Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and service excellence.
5. Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, field services, or a related trade.
6. Demonstrate strong leadership in managing field operations and driving team performance.
7. Build and implement systems that support scalable, process-driven operations.
8. Be tech-savvy , with experience using platforms like Jobber for scheduling and billing.
9. Communicate effectively with clients , especially during service changes or issues.
10. Understand operations and financials , including budgeting, forecasting, and improving margins.
