Now Hiring: Irrigation Repair Technician (Full-Time | Lubbock, TX)

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
• Identify issues in wiring, valves, controllers, and piping—and fix them with confidence
• Provide professional, courteous service to every client, every time
• Document your work with precision and communicate clearly with the team
• Operate solo or with a crew—either way, you take full ownership of your work
• Represent Mission with professionalism, grit, and a get-it-done mentality

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of irrigation system repair experience (LICENSE REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
• Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging to deliver top-tier work
• Solid communicator who values both teammates and customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be behind the wheel often)

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with Aspire or similar work order software
• Can work in the heat, the cold, and everything in between—because Texas doesn’t care about your comfort
• Know how to hustle but still pay attention to the details
• Take pride in leaving a property looking cleaner than when you arrived
