Real Estate Investment Sales Advisor

Role summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Investment Sales Advisor to join our capital raising team. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and closing investment opportunities for high-impact real estate development projects. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial background, understands investment fundamentals, and excels in building relationships with individual and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective investors through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Present Urbania’s real estate projects as investment opportunities with clear risk-return narratives.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, investment decks, and financial overviews.
• Guide potential investors through the evaluation and decision-making process.
• Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and investor communications.
• Collaborate with the investment and finance teams to ensure alignment on offering structures and project details.
• Represent the company in roadshows, events, and private presentations.
• Achieve fundraising targets and contribute to the strategic growth of the investment portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, financial advisory, or investment-related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to understand and communicate real estate investment fundamentals (IRR, ROI, risk profiles).
• Highly organized and results-driven, with excellent follow-up and reporting habits.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
