Industrial Designer – Outdoor Gear
Location: Greater Kansas City Area (Full-Time)
We're looking for a full-time Industrial Designer specializing in Softgoods for Camping and Outdoor Gear to join our team in the greater Kansas City area. In this role, you’ll help create innovative, high-quality outdoor products for a leading brand in the industry. As part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design team, you’ll contribute to the development of a wide range of camping essentials—including tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, camping furniture, coolers, headlamps, lanterns, flashlights, and more.

Insight 2 Design, Inc. designs, develops, and markets outdoor products for several major brands and retailers. We are currently seeking an Industrial Designer to join our growing team. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow designers and product managers to develop compelling products that stand out in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working across multiple projects, thinking through the entire user experience, and bringing ideas together to tell a cohesive and engaging product story.
