Join us as a Fiber and Collection Engineer, where you'll tackle high-temperature and high-speed fiberizing challenges, and optimize fiber collection processes for superior thermal and mechanical properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Fiberization : Develop and enhance fiberizing systems using physical experimentation, theoretical models, and advanced numerical tools.
• Optimal Fiber Collection : Design and test collection systems to achieve uniform weight distribution and optimal pack structure.
• Rapid Prototyping : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype new concepts and drive them to plant-level implementation.
• Technical Leadership : Frame business opportunities, align technology approaches, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Documentation and Communication : Maintain thorough technical documentation and communicate effectively with team members and peers.

MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in thermal/fluid sciences (Aeronautical/Chemical Engineering degree with applicable experience) 5 years industrial R&D experience 25-35% travel
