About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of various types of fencing, including chain link, ornamental, wood and vinyl styles. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices,  welding , and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.

What You’ll Do:

• Measure and mark locations for fence installation according to project specifications.
• Install fence posts, panels, gates, and other components using hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure all installations are level, secure, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Perform welding tasks as needed, including the installation of various gate types, especially cantilever gates.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for fencing projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in fence installation or related construction work is required.
• Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety regulations (OSHA compliance).
• Strong skills in project scheduling and management.
• Welding experience, with the ability to weld posts to flange plates at various angles.
• In-depth knowledge of chain link, ornamental, and various wood fence components, including estate, rambler, horizontal, full panel, and shadow box styles.
• Ability to read blueprints effectively to ensure accurate installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
