What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

Who We’re Looking For: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and online communication tools
• Strong desire to work independently while being part of a results-driven team
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients interested in real estate services within the Palo Alto, CA area by developing leads
• Enhance knowledge and skills specific to the real estate industry through participation in training sessions
• Schedule successful appointments with listing or buyer's agents by maintaining persistent follow-up on leads
• Nurture relationships with homebuyers through consistent communication via phone calls and emails to enhance brand recognition
• Track team progress toward company objectives by creating monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Convert qualified leads into new clients by skillfully responding to sales inquiries
• Update customer information accurately using a CRM system for the benefit of agents
• Coordinate and conduct appointments efficiently for clients
Qualifications:
• Applicants applying for the Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent position in Palo Alto, CA, US, must possess a valid Real Estate License or actively be working towards obtaining one
• Previous sales experience is a requirement for candidates interested in this role within the real estate industry
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively engaging with clients and prospects
• The compensation package for this position includes opportunities to earn commissions based on individual performance
• A valid Driver's License is a mandatory qualification for all candidates applying for this role
