Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support via voice, email, or messaging platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment with evolving priorities.
High attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.
Must pass the AON English proficiency test.
