We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative who is bilingual in English and French to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring top-tier service.
Starting : ASAP
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Languages: Proficiency in English and French is required
Location: Remote (Subject to change based on corporate decisions in the future)
As a Customer Experience Representative , you will be responsible for addressing first-level escalations and managing ongoing customer cases. You'll act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring all service level agreements are met or exceeded while maintaining accurate records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Investigate and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
De-escalate and resolve concerns at the first point of contact.
Provide timely updates and maintain thorough documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Keep customer profiles updated in the WMS with notes, instructions, and changes.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) per client/banner.
Perform other related administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent experience.
1+ year in a customer service environment, with general office and phone experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French .
Proficient in navigating various IT platforms.
Strong customer focus with the ability to make quick, independent decisions.
Calm and professional when handling escalations.
Team-oriented, empathetic, and adaptable.

Répondre aux demandes des clients par courriel, téléphone ou clavardage.
Effectuer des analyses et des suivis appropriés sur les dossiers.
Résoudre les problèmes des clients dès le premier contact.
Mettre à jour les profils clients dans le système WMS.
Assurer une communication claire et professionnelle.
Suivre les SOPs spécifiques à chaque client ou bannière.
Effectuer d'autres tâches administratives connexes.
Qualifications
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou expérience équivalente.
Minimum d’un an dans un environnement de service à la clientèle.
Excellente communication orale et écrite en anglais et français .
Aisance avec les outils informatiques.
Capacité à résoudre les conflits et à prendre des décisions rapidement.
Esprit d’équipe, patience, empathie et polyvalence.
