How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is seeking a Cook  to join our compassionate team.  As a Cook, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality food and service standards for our residents. In this role, you will follow established processes in food safe practices while also providing personal care and services to our residents. You will also play an integral role in our overall dining experience by providing service to our residents, employees, and guest. Schedule varies: Full-time, Mixed shifts - days, p.m.'s. Some  weekends & some holidays are a requirement. Shift Differential:

  • $1 PM (2pm-10pm)
  • $3 Weekends (6am Sat-Mon 5:59am)
What you will need:  
  • High school diploma or GED  is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Training in C ulinary Arts and/or 1 year’s experience as a cook preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
