Job Description

Responsibilities: ~ Develop, analyze, and troubleshoot HPLC methods. Understand and apply different chromatographic modes (RPLC, NPLC, Polar organic, etc.) to optimize chromatographic separations. ~ Apply chromatographic software such as ChromSword, Drylab, and/or Fusion to optimize HPLC separations for deeper analysis. ~ Ensure GxP compliant delivery of high-quality data in a regulated environment. ~ Effectively communicate conclusions/findings to larger groups. ~ Develop protocols for more complex tests or experiments performed with less defined assays and parameters. ~ Familiarity with ChromSword, Drylab and/or Fusion. ~ Familiar with GMP/GLP standards and experience working in a regulated environment. Requirements: ~ BS/BA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Biology or related field with minimum 2-5 yrs lab experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred) or Master's Degree. ~ Hands on HPLC method development and analysis with an understanding of different chromatographic modes (RPLC, NPLC, Polar organic, etc.) and theory. ~ Has some familiarity with chromatographic software (ChromSword, Drylab, Fusion, Chromeleon, Fusion) and/or has a strong desire to learn chromatographic software. ~ Capable of independently developing and troubleshooting analytical method development. ~ Familiarity of GMP/GLP and/or understanding of working in regulated environment. ~ Strong communication skills, able to present findings to larger groups. ~ Lab research experience (academic and / or industry) with proven-track record of lated environment.
