Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Fabrication Worker to join their team. As an Assembly Fabrication Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Fabrication Worker

Location: Durham, NY

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate metal fabrication equipment including semi-automated sheet metal folders, metal shears, and CNC cutting tables.
• Collaborate with the roller shade fabrication team to cut fabric, tubes, and assemble blinds.
• Pack and palletize orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to quality standards and production schedules.

What's Needed?

• Experience operating computer-controlled machinery.
• Preferred experience in metal fabrication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
